When you purchase a course, we create an account for you using the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your login credentials secure and confidential
- All activity that occurs under your account

Your account is personal to you and may not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other person. Sharing account credentials is a breach of these Terms and may result in your account being suspended or terminated.
4. Course Access & Licence
When you purchase a course from AI101.uk, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the course content for your own personal or internal business learning purposes.
What you may do
- Access the course content on any personal device at any time
- Download any materials we explicitly make available for download
- Apply the skills and knowledge you learn in your own work and business
- Share your AI101.uk certificate on LinkedIn and professional profiles
What you may not do
- Share your account login with anyone else
- Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish our course videos, transcripts, or materials
- Resell, sublicense, or transfer access to any course or course materials
- Use our content to create a competing product or service
- Record or screen-capture video lessons for redistribution
- Remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from our content
Lifetime access means access for as long as AI101.uk continues to operate and offer the course in question. In the unlikely event we discontinue a course, we will provide reasonable advance notice and, where possible, alternative arrangements.
5. Payments & Pricing
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payment is processed securely by PayPal. We do not store your payment card details.
Course access is granted following confirmed payment. If a payment fails or is reversed, your access to the relevant course may be suspended until the matter is resolved.
We reserve the right to change course prices at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
6. Refund Policy

7. Intellectual Property
All content on AI101.uk — including but not limited to course videos, written materials, exercises, templates, design, graphics, and the AI101.uk name and logo — is owned by or licensed to AI101 UK Ltd and is protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you. The limited licence granted in Section 4 does not constitute any transfer of ownership.

8. Acceptable Use
When using AI101.uk, you agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law

We make no representations or warranties that:
- The courses will meet your specific requirements or expectations
- Applying what you learn will result in any particular business or professional outcome
- The Platform will be available without interruption or error at all times
- Any third-party tools or services mentioned in our courses will remain available or function as described
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AI101 UK Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or courses.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
